details:  Limited to just 10 participants, this is a small-group, intensive, three-day virtual workshop in which we will dive into YOUR specific career-related goals for the coming year. We'll help assess steps needed to achieve your specific goals and craft real and palatable action plans to get there. We will focus our collective time and energy on each and every participant individually and will learn through each other's goals and journeys.

Due to the collaborative and personalized nature of this workshop, this is a LIVE-ONLY experience. Recordings will not be made available to those unable to attend the live virtual sessions.

for: This workshop is for performing arts and creative arts professionals willing to work hard, take action, and proactively and intentionally steer their careers in the directions of their dreams.

by: The group will be guided by Katie Rosa Marchese, the woman behind the branding and marketing of "Mario the Maker Magician." As Mario's co-adventurer and manager for the past 16+ years, Katie has hands-on knowledge in how to shape, hone, brand (and re-brand,) and elevate a live entertainment entity from the ground up. She has also had the privilege to workshop and consult with countless other performers on how to focus their own brands into something genuine, unique, and extraordinary.
