What are your fees?
What age range is the Children’s Magic Show appropriate for?
Mario’s Children’s Magic Show is best for ages 3-10. Please note that we require there to be at least a few children aged 4 or older in the audience, as many routines require assistants from the audience.
What do the Children’s Magic Show Add-Ons entail?
There two add-on options available for the Children’s Magic Show:
Balloon Animal Session: basic balloons twisting by Mario - one balloon figure per child. Appropriate for all ages, and especially popular for ages 3-7. Available for groups of 35 or fewer. Usually takes 10-20 minutes, depending on # of kids. Mini Magic Lesson: Mario teaches the kids a simple trick of their own, using craft objects or everyday household items. Mario provides materials. Appropriate for ages 5 & up. Usually takes up to 10 minutes.
How much set-up time does Mario need for the Children’s Magic Show?
Mario arrives approximately 10-15 minutes prior to show time to set up.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, we request a $50 nonrefundable deposit to secure your date, payable by check, money order, or securely online via PayPal.
When is the balance due?
Your balance, after the deposit, is payable by cash or check (made out to Mario Marchese)
on the date of the event.
What is the cancellation policy?
The $50 deposit is nonrefundable, but there are no additional cancellation fees. Please let us know as early as possible in case of cancellation.
What if I need to change the date of my event?
If you have already secured your date by deposit, and you need to change your date, we will be happy to transfer your deposit to a new date, as long as Mario is available. If he is not available on your new date, unfortunately the deposit is nonrefundable.
Can I reserve a rain date?
We recommend having a rain location available in case of inclement weather, but if that’s not an option, yo may reserve a rain date: $50 for a weekday or $100 for a weekend date.
Do you have liability insurance?
Yes, we have general liability insurance, and if your venue requires it, we can obtain a certificate listing them as an additional insured. Please let us know at least 2-3 weeks prior to the event if your venue requires this.
